Sore throat relief
It seems to work for me. During this flu season, I kept hearing about Elderberry for flu remedy. I had a severe sore throat and a minor fever. Though my strep test was negative, I worried an irritated throat could lead to something worse. I found these capsules on Amazon, started taking one twice a day (along with leftover antibiotics), and after a few days, I felt much improved. I can't confirm if it was the antibiotics or the Elderberry, but even if it was just a placebo, it's worth it for the low cost.
